Retiring from my day job in a hospital has afforded me the time to explore new endeavors. I've become an avid bead worker and started a business called beadworkz. I've explored stringing, bead weaving, wire-wrapping, and enjoy creating my own designs using glass, wood, leather and gemstones.
I search for interesting and often hand-made beads, found objects and common materials that can be incorporated into one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry. You can find my booth at handmade arts shows throughout the year.
